GBA 2023, co-organized by the Hong Kong Green Building Council and the Professional Green Building Council, recognizes building-related projects and organizations with outstanding performances and contributions towards a sustainable built environment while advocating the wider adoption of green building practices throughout a building’s lifecycle.

Recently renovated as a warm and hospitable environment that embraces nature in the building, The Metropolis Tower prioritizes tenant wellbeing by implementing harvest sharing programs from our urban farm, a tenant app and rooftop gym facilities. To reduce environmental impact, the management team proactively adopts sustainable solutions such as smart building management systems, solar panels, energy-efficient chillers, rainwater collection system and recycling programs. The team also organizes a variety of CSR events at The Metropolis Tower with NGOs to drive positive change in society.
