In 2008, the REIT Manager renovated the passenger lift lobbies on the upper floors of the building, incorporating a stylish office design with new glass panels, brightly- coloured homogenous floor tiles and new ceiling panels. As a result, Trendy Centre’s competitiveness in the leasing market has been boosted.
