tenants’ business environment. Such asset enhancement activities help to achieve continual growth in
rental income, maintain high occupancy and enhance property value.
Lobby
Prosperity Place is a high-rise industrial/office building, formerly known as Modern Warehouse. The
ground-floor lobby and upper-floor passenger lift lobbies were upgraded to provide a contemporary
and modern office ambience.
Facade
The renovation of the facade of the building was completed in the third quarter of 2009.
Living Green Roof
The creation of a living green roof was completed in the third quarter of 2009. The garden would be accessible for the enjoyment of the Prosperity Place tenants and feature a number of energy saving measures.
At Prosperity Millennia Plaza, a Grade A office high-rise, the ground-floor lobby has been renovated with new marble flooring. This renovation has greatly enhanced the property’s ambience.
