The Manager's key mission for Prosperity REIT is to provide Unitholders with stable and sustainable return and to achieve long-term growth in net asset value.

The principal investment strategy is to invest in office and commercial properties in Hong Kong, aiming to deliver attractive returns to Unitholders by actively managing the portfolio and maintaining a high level of investment discipline and financial flexibility.

The Manager will hold existing properties on a long-term basis while complementing them with additional income-producing properties through yield enhancing acquisitions.
