The role of the Disclosures Committee is to review matters relating to the disclosure of information to Unitholders and public announcements.

The REIT Manager has set up a Disclosures Committee to assist the Board in reviewing matters relating to the disclosure of information to unitholders and public announcements. The Disclosures Committee also works with the management of the REIT Manager to ensure the disclosure of information is accurate and complete.

The Disclosures Committee members are appointed by the Board from among the Directors. The Disclosures Committee presently consists of three members, namely, Dr. Chiu Kwok Hung, Justin, Chairman and a Non-executive Director, Ms. Wong Lai Hung, Mavis, CEO, and Mr. Lan Hong Tsung, David, an INED. Ms. Wong Lai Hung, Mavis is the chairman of the Disclosures Committee.
